MILESTONE PROJECTS

1999

From 1999 to 2001, CCN worked with the world bank, to produce four video documents on the projects- rural immersion, Bangladesh arises: North Bengal scenario, The way flower blossoms & efforts to overcome sorrows. CCN also worked with the transmission of sixteen radio talks on the world bank features, and also produced a Public Service Announcement.

2004

In 2004, The HIV Program of CARE Bangladesh took various Campaign activities for generating HIV/AIDS awareness in the country as to observe World AIDS Day 2004 through Cultural Program, Leaflet, Information Booth, Roundtable meeting, and ally with Prothom Alo, Folk Drama, etc. CCN took on one of the major activities in the campaign on HIV/AIDS through electronic media by producing two different Talk Shows on HIV/AIDS.

2006

In 2006, Save the Children (USA) implemented the School Health and Nutrition (SHN) Program in Nasirnagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria district targeting all the primary school-aged children within the operational area. Based on Successes and field experiences from the SHN program, Save the Children-USA planned to expand the School Health and Nutrition Program to cover all the 13 unions of Nasirnagar Upazila and also to facilitate relevant technical assistance to other Upazilas of Brahmanbaria district. A Round-Table Discussion was organized in collaboration with The Daily Star to discuss and promote the expansion. The organization and arrangement of this Round-Table discussion were delegated to CCN to ensure the Media Coverage, Video Recording, photo coverage, transcription of the whole discussion in English, and overall event management.

2010

As part of the leadership development of youth, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) organized a youth camp with the participation of 100 youths from throughout the country. The youth camp was organized from 10th to 15th December 2010 at Dhaka on the eve of National Youth Day. CCN worked with VSO to Provide event management for the five days long youth Development program and prepared three video clip packages of the event.
